Rotary to give away dictionaries to 3rd graders
About 800 third graders from public schools on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will each be having their own dictionaries, thanks to the Rotary Club of Saipan.

Third-graders at Blosser Lane Elementary School got "a real gift" on Friday, as Rotary Club members visited classrooms to give the children a dictionary of their very own. Each copy of the Macmillan Dictionary for Children has a book plate in front, with the child's name.
